What we do

- Document every repetitive task and automation opportunity
- Confirm scope, timeline, and pricing in writing
- Set up your project workspace and credential sharing
What you receive
- Written project brief confirming everything agreed on the call
- Timeline confirmation with key dates
- Secure credentials request (what we need and how to share safely)
What we need from you
- 30–60 minutes for the kick-off call
- Details of your current tools and processes
- Nominated point of contact on your side
What we do
- Build and configure all automations in Make.com
- Connect every required app and platform
- Internal testing — 50+ test runs per automation before you see anything
- Prepare walkthrough documentation and a short demo video
What you receive
- Midpoint update email (Day 6–7) with progress summary
- Preview or demo video where applicable
- Early flag if we hit any technical blockers
What we need from you
- Prompt responses to any questions (same-day email response appreciated)
- No action required unless we flag an issue
What we do
- Present completed work in a live walkthrough call
- Demonstrate every automation end-to-end
- Collect your feedback and implement revisions
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions included
What you receive
- Live walkthrough call (45–60 minutes)
- Recording of the walkthrough, sent within 24 hours
- 2-day revision window — submit all feedback in one consolidated email
What we need from you
- Attend the walkthrough call
- Consolidated feedback by email within 2 business days
- Specific feedback: "The email subject should say X" not "not sure about this"
What we do
- Implement all approved revisions
- Activate every automation in your live environment
- 48-hour post-launch monitoring
- Handover call and full documentation
What you receive
- "You're live" email with links to all active automations
- Handover document (what each automation does, how to pause or edit if needed)
- 30-day support window — any issues, we fix them
- Final invoice
What we need from you
- Confirm receipt
- Final payment within 7 days
- Report any issues during the 30-day support window
What's not in the timeline
The 14-day timeline assumes a smooth project. The following can extend it — and we'll always flag early if we see it coming.
- Changes to scope mid-project (new requirements after the brief is signed off)
- Delays in the client providing access or feedback within agreed windows
- Third-party platform outages outside our control
- Additional revision rounds beyond the two included as standard

What happens once you're live
Your automations, fully owned
Your automations are live and documented. You own them — they run on your Make.com account. The 30-day support window covers any issues. If you want to add more automations later, we quote fresh.
Ongoing and always improving
Delivery is ongoing. We add automations, monitor existing ones, update when apps change, and review strategy quarterly. You're never starting from scratch.
