How long does it take to set up an automation?
Most single automations are live within 2–3 working days of the discovery call. Larger bundles or custom workflows take 5–7 days. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the quote.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. We handle everything — building, connecting your apps, testing, and deploying. You just tell us what you want to automate. We hand over with a walkthrough so you're confident it's running correctly.
What software does it connect to?
We use Make.com which connects to over 1,500 apps — Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, Xero, Notion, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, GoCardless, and hundreds more. If you use it, we can probably connect it.
Is there a monthly fee after setup?
You have two options. A one-off setup fee to build and deploy the automation (you own it, it runs on your Make.com account with no monthly cost to us). Or a monthly retainer where we manage, maintain, and expand your automations over time. We'll recommend the right option on the call.
What happens on the discovery call?
It's a free 30-minute call with Scott. We map out your current process, identify where automation saves you the most time, and give you a clear quote. No obligation — if we don't think automation will make a meaningful difference to your business right now, we'll say so.
What if something breaks after you've built it?
One-off builds include 30 days of support after launch. On a retainer, ongoing maintenance is included. If an app changes its API and breaks a connection, we fix it — that's on us.
